All reservations should be made before the Thursday of the Sunday
you wish to work. Reservations are made on a week by week
basis, and a first come first serve
basis. This means the earlier in the week you book, the better
the chance of getting the spot you want.
Returning vendors should email email@example.com. They must include their
first and last name, the space wanted, and the date.
New vendors must have a New York State Certificate of Authority. GreenFlea Markets will not allow any vendor without this certificate to book a space. The Becoming a Vendor tab has directions for getting this certificate.
NO jewelry of any kind will be accepted. There is limited space available for women's accessories including handbags, scarves, and hats.
New vendors must email firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a space. They must include their first name, last name, NYS Certificate of Authority Number, company name (if different), email address, space required (See Becoming a Vendor for space and pricing charts), and a description and pictures of their merchandise.
Things to Know
Vendors are allowed in the yard at 8:15 AM for setup. Vendors must leave the yard by 7:30 PM
The market opens to the public at 10 AM and closes at 5:30 PM.
Tables and chairs are available for rental (no reservation needed.)
Dogs are not permitted in the market.
First-time vendors should pay the rent in cash, thereafter checks and cards will be accepted.
Shopping bags are available for sale in the office.
Loading and Unloading
Double parking to unload is only allowed on Columbus Ave between 76th and 77th Streets (The front of the market.)
Unloading is not permitted on side streets. Vendors will be ticketed/towed.
Parking is available inside the market on a first-come-first-serve basis for vendors who have spaces that are larger than 10x10.
Gates open at 7:40 AM to allow vehicles to enter the yard and park.
